Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2025 — pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller for the personal data collected through this website and the «Universal Converter» tool (a project developed and managed by Team IsoTech) is:

Data Controller / Legal Representative: Giovanni Pio Sorrentino
Location: Naples, Italy
Reference email (Privacy & Support): isoo.team00@gmail.com
Certified email (PEC): info@pec.isotech-ai.it

For any privacy-related request, or to exercise your rights, you can write at any time to the email address or PEC listed above.

2. Your files are never uploaded

The Universal Converter runs entirely in your browser: conversions and background removal are performed locally, on your own device. The files you select or drag are never transmitted, saved, or processed on any server. When you close the browser tab, all file-related data is automatically cleared from memory.

3. Data processed while browsing

Like any website, the systems hosting these pages may collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, access time) necessary for the service to function and for security. This data is not used to identify you and is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in the operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Advertising and third-party profiling cookies (Google AdSense)

To help cover the costs of the project, the site hosts advertising spaces managed by Google AdSense. Google, as a third party, may use cookies and profiling identifiers to show personalized ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

For the list of cookies and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Contact via email

If you write to us through the Contact page or directly by email, we process your address and the data contained in the message solely to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request.

6. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you can request at any time access, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data, object to the processing, and request data portability, as well as withdraw any consent given. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated in the event of changes to the service or to applicable law. The date of the last update is always shown at the top.
