1. Data controller

The data controller for this website (isotechconverter.com) is Giovanni Pio Sorrentino, founder of IsoTech, Via Napoli 9S, 80035 Nola (NA), Italy. Email isoo.team00@gmail.com, PEC info@pec.isotech-ai.it.

2. Your files never leave your device

Conversions and background removal run entirely in your browser. The files you choose are never sent, stored or processed on our servers or anyone else's. When you close the tab they are cleared from memory.

3. Which data we process

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time, collected automatically by the systems that host the site.
  • Visit statistics: aggregate and anonymous counts (pages viewed, country, device type) from Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Messages you send us: if you email us (also through the contact form, which opens your email app), the address and content you choose to share.

4. Purposes and legal basis

  • Running the site securely and measuring its use in aggregate form: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Replying to your requests: steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data is not used for marketing, is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes and is not used for automated decision-making.

5. Service providers

  • Vercel (Vercel Inc.): hosting and anonymous visit statistics (privacy policy).
  • AI background removal: only if you choose AI mode, your browser downloads the model and its code from public CDNs (IMG.LY, jsDelivr, unpkg). Like any web request they receive technical data such as your IP address; your image is never sent.
  • Google (Google LLC): IsoTech's mailbox (Gmail), if you write to us (privacy policy).

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place under European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses (Arts. 45-46 GDPR).

6. Retention

  • Emails: as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Browsing data: for the time technically needed for operation and security.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to isoo.team00@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

8. Cookies

The site uses no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; changes are published on this page with the date of the update. This policy is also available in Italian: in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
